What does AIESEC actually stands for?

AIESEC (pronounced eye-sek) was originally an acronym for Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales.

AIESEC is no longer used as an acronym but simply as the name of the organisation.
Members of AIESEC are known as “AIESECers.”

What does an AIESEC member do?

Being a member means that you are one of our important talents creating great impact for our youth!

You will work with other AIESECers in creating practical experience for youths, from managing the products, marketing to entities' finance and more!

Is it compulsory to join the
Recruitment talk?

YES! We truly want our applicants to get in touch with us through recruitment talk to see if AIESEC is really the right fit for them. Recruitment Talk allows you to talk directly to the Leadership Team and get to know about the AIESEC culture.

What are the opportunities I will enjoy
as a member?

You will have opportunities joining leadership conferences.

Besides, you could work across different departments in AIESEC and get a taste of how corporate operations be like.
